Georgia Topley is a London-based Casting Director, working internationally. She is script driven, and drawn to projects led by directors with a unique narrative voice.
Since setting up Georgia Topley Casting in 2023 she has completed a range of features including; BAFTA-nominated Muriel d’Ansembourg's debut feature Truly Naked which will have it's world premiere at the 2026 Berlinale, Sisu: Road To Revenge (2025) released by Sony Pictures to critical acclaim, Anna Biller’s The Face of Horror produced by Good Chaos starring Jonah Hauer-King & Kristine Froseth (post-production), Danny Lee’s debut feature Trash TV starring Noah Taylor & Millie Brady (post-production) and Taisia Deeva’s debut feature Switch (post-production).
Georgia began her career at BAFTA-winning Des Hamilton Casting working as part of the team on Jojo Rabbit, The King and Top Boy (BAFTA-winner for casting) and as co-casting director on Ordinary Love (Liam Neeson & Lesley Manville), Vesper (Rosy McEwan, Eddie Marsan) and The Yellow Tie (starring John Malkovich, Miranda Richardson, and Sean Bean) as well as the series Trigger Point (created by BAFTA-winner Jed Mercurio) and Ten Pound Poms (created by BAFTA-winner Daniel Brocklehurst).
In short form, she has collaborated with creatives including; BAFTA-nominated Kris Kelly (Wind And The Shadow), Emmy & BIFA-nominated Reuben Hamyln (Bitter Weeds), Chris Urch (Blackout starring BAFTA-winner Mawaan Rizwan), Amelia Dimoldenberg (Simon is a Pr*ck), Frank Lebon (Diddly Squat), Olivia Erlanger (Appliance starring Callie Hernandez & Sasha Frolova), C Prinz and Jeremy Pope - whose short/ visual album God Is Good is available on The Criterion Channel, BRIT-award winner Celeste (on her directorial debut, video for This Is Who I Am), and Jim Longden (My Spanish Piggy Bank, starring Charlie Rowe coming soon).
Georgia is currently casting Oddly Flowers by Jordan Canning (Schitt’s Creek), Jamie Fraser’s debut feature Thoughtless (developed with BBC Film & Good Chaos) and Dana Boulos’ debut feature Effigy (NINA Pictures), amongst other projects in development.
Georgia is a member of The European Film Academy, BAFTA Connect and a probationary member of The Casting Directors Guild.
