Georgia Topley is a London-based casting director drawn to filmmakers with a distinct narrative voice and a particular interest in complex, character-driven work. She founded Georgia Topley Casting in 2023, an independent company which supports a broad slate of international projects.
Recent work includes; BAFTA-nominated Muriel d’Ansembourg’s debut feature Truly Naked (premiered at Berlinale 2026), Sisu: Road To Revenge (Sony Pictures), The Face of Horror from iconic feminist filmmaker Anna Biller (The Love Witch) starring Jonah Hauer-King & Kristine Froseth produced by Good Chaos, Danny Lee’s Trash TV starring Noah Taylor & Millie Brady, Taisia Deeva’s Switch, Yutong Bai’s The Way of the Runner produced by Shozo Ichiyama, Yang Shen & BIFA-winning James Bowsher (EP), and Oddly Flowers by Jordan Canning (Schitt’s Creek) starring BAFTA & Emmy-winning Martin Freeman, Emily Carey & Sam Spruell produced by Shut up & Colour Pictures (The Queen of My Dreams, Sharp Corner) in association with Good Chaos.
Georgia began her career at BAFTA-winning Des Hamilton Casting in 2016 working as part of the team on Jojo Rabbit, The King and Top Boy (BAFTA-winner for casting) and as co-casting director on Ordinary Love, Vesper and The Yellow Tie as well as the series Trigger Point (created by BAFTA-winner Jed Mercurio) and Ten Pound Poms (created by BAFTA-winner Daniel Brocklehurst).
Georgia is a member of the Casting Society (CSA), the European Film Academy, BAFTA Connect and the Casting Directors' Guild.
